Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days, while express shipping arrives within 1-2 business days. You will receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy for most items. Jewelry must be returned in its original packaging and in unworn condition. Please note that earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless faulty.

Does Missoma jewelry come with a warranty?

Yes, every Missoma piece is covered by a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase. This covers any manufacturing defects, but does not include general wear and tear or accidental damage.

How should I care for my gold-plated jewelry?

To maintain the shine, avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, and water. We recommend storing your pieces in the provided pouch and cleaning them gently with a soft, lint-free cloth.
