We want you to love your Missoma jewelry, but if you're not completely satisfied, we offer a 60-day return window for all orders. Pieces must be returned in their original packaging and in unworn condition to qualify for a full refund.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Prepare Your Package

Place your jewelry in its original Missoma box and secure it inside the shipping mailer, ensuring you include any promotional gifts if returning a full order.

Attach the Label

Download and print your pre-paid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

Drop Off and Track

Take your package to your nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your receipt; we will notify you once your refund has been processed.
